A line that holds.
Across what it meets.
To make use of leftover bags and other textiles, we created a series of small embroideries, a duck and a polar bear.
Each motif is stitched onto existing materials, giving them a new identity while remaining part of what was already there. The embroidery acts as a line that holds, connecting surfaces and extending their lifespan without replacing them.
Rather than defining the object, it adds to it, allowing each piece to exist both on its own and as part of something larger.
